The first doll in the series is Summer in San Francisco™ Barbie® doll, available only at F.A.O. Schwarz. What better time to visit San Francisco than summer! Sunlight sparkles on the waters around the Golden Gate bridge, and the cable cars provide a thrilling ride on the hills. Barbie catches the carefree spirit of the season in her crisp, yellow waffle pique suit, flower-trimmed straw hat, and short gloves. Relaxing at Fisherman's Wharf, she enjoys a seafood meal while people-watching through her blue sunglasses. As fresh breezes ruffle her long blonde hair, Barbie knows in her heart that she'll return to this intriguing city by the bay. Mattel produced 50 redheaded dolls, which were raffled at the store. |
