personal checks and money orders.
We ship using USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Shipping
fee is $8 for one doll if she is shipped
within US. We are not responsible for lost or damaged orders that are
not insured (Though our practice shows that Priority Mail with delivery
confirmation works just fine without insurance). Here is a little
information
about box rating which can be
useful!
We package all the
dolls with outmost care!
For our international
customers we accept
http://www.PayPal.com as well as international money orders, as
well as MoneyGram or
WesternUnion wire transfers.
Internationally we ship using Express Mail which is fast, insured and
traceable. For international orders, shipping is determined by weight
and destination -
check HERE for approximate quote. We are not responsible for any duties incurred by
customs (but we recommend putting a lower value on a package, usually
under $100 to avoid customs tax).
We do offer a complete
customer satisfaction policy. So if within five days after you've
received your doll you are not completely satisfied with it, simply
return it for a store credit or refund. Items must be returned in
the same manner it was shipped, or full credit may not be issued.
Unfortunately we do not refund return shipping costs.
